MUSIC
The title, “Woodland Moons”, was inspired by the lunar cycle and full moon names of the indigenous Northeastern Woodlands people of North America. The full moon names vary across geographic areas and symbolize a seasonal event or activity during that moon cycle. The songs are titled for the lifeways traditionally observed by the people of my own ancestry, the Potawatomi.
